Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will find out about Abigail’s identities. During an interview with Soap Opera Digest, actress Marci Miller explained the storyline. The actress also confirmed that “Gabigail” takes drastic action to protect Abby.
Next week, DOOL spoilers confirm that Abigail goes on the stand to testify at Gabi Hernandez’s (Camila Banus) trial. Expect it isn’t the real Abby, but one of her alter personalities. “Gabigail” testifies that Gabi admitted to killing Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis). It is done as a way to protect the real Abby.
“Dr. Laura’s sole purpose is to do what is best for Abigail. She truly believes that is for her to never know that she killed Andre. She’s really trying to save Abigail from going through what would be a really traumatic, emotional experience, so Dr. Laura tries to keep Abigail in the dark at all costs.”
Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Abigail’s testimony ends up making Gabi look guilty. It is devastating for the defendant. However, it also angers her and there is a major confrontation between “Gabigail” and Gabi. During the battle, it opens up the door for the real Abby to surface. This is what leads her to seek help from Dr. Marlena Evans.
“She starts to realize that this is something deeper and this is something more significant. So, she goes to Marlena, just knowing and trusting that she is going to have a deeper understanding of what’s going on, and will maybe believe that is is more than just some stress and grieving over the loss of Andre.”
While Abigail is talking to Marlena, Dr. Laura emerges. For a short time, Marlena thinks she is making progress. However, Dr. Laura fools the psychiatrist.
“Abigail is in a constant battle because she’s slowly and slowly becoming present less often. Laura is trying to stay in control the majority of the time during all of this because she wants to protect Abigail and she wants to keep Gabby away from Stefan, so it becomes this huge power struggle.”
Days Of Our Lives spoilers also tease that the disassociative identity disorder storyline is not over yet. Expect Abigail and her alternate personalities to take the character down a dark path.
